Terms of Service
Contract Info
The client is required to e-sign Werewolf Prince’s terms of service document via Adobe Acrobat. The client will provide an email address to which Werewolf Prince will send the document.
The client must provide their legal full name on the signed document and the invoice for payment.
Payment
Werewolf Prince accepts payment through direct invoicing with Chase bank
The client can pay with their debit or credit card regardless of financial institution
Payment Plans
Werewolf Prince accepts payment plans, but it is not ideal. Paying in full is encouraged and a client can do this on debit or credit. Payment plans must be discussed and scheduled before the client makes any purchase.
Example: The client will pay $500 upfront, $250 on June 1st, and $250 on July 1st.
The downpayment on a fursuit must be at least 50% of the total cost, including tax but not shipping.
Orders on payment plans are subject to a 5% upcharge due to money lost in fees and time taken to organize, plan, and manage the client’s money.
Orders exceeding $3,000 may be eligible for payment plans lasting up to 6 months. Orders under $3,000 may not exceed 6 months on a payment plan.
A client’s fursuit may be started upon the first payment, but the client will not receive any part of their order until it is completely paid off.
If the client fails to complete the scheduled payments within seven days of the due date, their commission will be put on hold, and no progress will be made unless payments continue. If the client is on a payment plan for a premade fursuit, the fursuit will not be shipped until payments continue.
If the client fails to continue their payment plan after 6 months, their purchase is considered abandoned and will be canceled without a refund.
If the client is on a payment plan, the completion of the fursuit will be estimated after it is paid off. Werewolf Prince is not obligated to start the client’s fursuit until their payment plan is complete.
A 10% sales tax will be applied to all sales (fursuit and art) unless paid in cash
Quotes
Fursuit price quotes are custom-calculated for a client’s character design.
A $5 non-refundable fee is charged for each quote. Clients must pay separately if they want a quote for two characters. Similarly, if the client receives a quote for one commission type but wants to know the cost of a different one for the same character, they must pay the fee again.
The client must submit this form to receive a quote: https://forms.gle/XoMXtBFJKdpeugFG8
The client is not obligated to commission a fursuit even if they receive a quote.
Quotes are valid until the following commission opening. The client must purchase another quote after this window.
Patreon subscribers receive quotes for free.
The client is responsible for submitting a clear, digital character reference sheet that shows the entire design. This includes a front view, back view, tongue color, paw pad color, and precise representation of any markings. Reference sheets should not be shaded. Insufficient reference sheets will be denied for quotes.
The client may ask for clarification on their quote regarding specific fursuit details and pricing.
Shipping:
The client is responsible for all shipping fees, including postage, adjustment, and insurance.
Worldwide shipping is available.
Werewolf Prince only ships packages out of the country via DHL. Although rates are more expensive, the client can rest assured that their package will arrive safely and quickly.
The client may opt for an Apple air tag in their package. Upon arrival, the client may purchase the Apple air tag for $25.00 or return it to Werewolf Prince via a tracked package.
The client may choose which shipping carrier their package is sent with if they are within the United States.
Werewolf Prince is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages unless Werewolf Prince copies the client’s address wrong.
The client is responsible for providing their complete and valid address.
Packages will be taken to the post office as soon as possible but may take up to a week after the final payment is made and the fursuit is complete.
Werewolf Prince will not draw or write on the outside of the package.
Refunds
If the client’s commission takes more than 12 months over the estimated completion time to start, the client will be offered a refund. The client can choose to accept the refund or continue to wait.
The first payment on payment plans is not refundable. If the client pays in full, the cost of the materials will not be refunded.
If the client receives a refund, they will not accept any products regardless of completion. Werewolf Prince may edit the design and re-sell the product.
If the client is purchasing a premade fursuit and does not continue to make payments for any reason, a refund will not be available for any amount paid. Similarly, if the client pays in full but decides they do not want the fursuit anymore, they can not receive a refund.
Shipping and insurance fees can not be refunded.
Refunds of any amount may not be given once the fursuit is delivered to the client.

The communication between Werewolf Prince and the client is to be professional and cordial. Small talk or discussion of personal life is not preferred, and Werewolf Prince may set any necessary boundaries.

The client may request an update once per week if they have not received any communication from Werewolf Prince.
Progress photos will be sent at Werewolf Prince's discretion. The client may not share the photos publicly unless Werewolf Prince grants permission.

If the client requests changes to their fursuit during the commission process, they will be charged a fee to cover labor and material costs. Sales tax will apply to any fees.
The client is responsible for providing accurate measurements and an adequate duct tape dummy if needed. Werewolf Prince is not responsible for fursuit parts that do not fit the client, and the client will be responsible for covering material, shipping, and labor costs for resizing.
Werewolf Prince reserves the right to deny any requests deemed unattainable or out of his ability. This includes stylistic changes, tech-based attributes, or untested methods.
Werewolf Prince will create concept art for the client. The client is responsible for asking for changes to this art before materials are ordered.
The client may request a specific head base for their commission, but Werewolf Prince may deny it for any reason.
If the client wants to provide any existing materials in their possession, this does not affect the cost of the fursuit commission. Werewolf Prince may allow the client to mail in an existing head base or fabric in the client’s possession at his discretion. The client will be responsible for covering these shipping fees.
The client is responsible for advocating their desires for the appearance of their fursuit. Werewolf Prince will not take requests to create a fursuit in another maker’s style or create fursuits of copyrighted characters.
Minors
Werewolf Prince does not work with or sell fursuits to anyone under 18. If a client is accepted for a commission slot or wishes to purchase a premade, they must show a valid form of ID.
The client must provide a clear and well-lit photograph when showing their ID. Next to their ID in the photo, the client must write their character’s name and the current date on a piece of paper. The client may blur out personal information they do not wish to share, but their date of birth must be precise.
A person over 18 may commission or purchase a fursuit on behalf of a minor. Payment and communication will exist between Werewolf Prince and the adult only.
