Fursuit TOS
CONTRACT:
The client is required to e-sign Werewolf Prince’s terms of service document via Adobe Acrobat. The client will provide an email address to which Werewolf Prince will send the document.
The client must provide their legal full name, country, state, and zipcode on the signed document and the invoice for payment. Country, state, and zip code information is used solely to collect proper sales tax.
PRIVACY POLICY:
All sensitive information exchanged between the client and Werewolf Prince is to remain private. It will not be used for any other purposes other than for invoicing, mailing, signing documents, taxing, or legal actions.
Sensitive information may include legal names, addresses, emails, and driver’s license information.
The client can request to remain anonymous if their commission is posted publicly on Werewolf Prince’s social media, website, or portfolio.
AI POLICY:
Reference material created via AI will not be accepted. Werewolf Prince LLC supports human artists.
If AI involvement is discovered after payment is made, the purchase will be cancelled and all payments forfeited as the contract is nulled.
PAYMENT:
Werewolf Prince LLC accepts payment through direct invoicing with Chase.
The client can pay the invoice with their debit card, credit card, or Zelle regardless of financial institution.
Payments made via Zelle are instant and cannot be reversed by the client’s bank. Use this method only if you are fully committed to the purchase.
This invoicing system its more secure than 3rd party payment processors like PayPal, Cashapp, and Venmo because it cuts out the need to deal with unhelpful customer services. Instead, if there is an issue with payment, the client can contact their bank directly.
Read more about the security of Chase invoicing here: https://www.chase.com/personal/credit-cards/education/basics/four-security-features-of-digital-payments
Werewolf Prince LLC accepts payment through PayPal only for international (non USA residents) clients.
Sales tax will be applied to all invoices unless paid in cash or the client lives in a state or country where tax is not charged on goods and services.
PAYMENT PLANS:
Werewolf Prince LLC accepts payment plans, but it is not ideal or preferred. It is encouraged that the client pays in full or utilizes financing options via their credit card or loans provided by official financial institutions.
In the event a payment plan is absolutely necessary, the plan must be discussed, scheduled, and have an additional contract written/signed before the first payment is accepted.
The down payment must be at least 30% of the full price of the item, not including shipping or sales tax.
Each payment and shipping fees are subject to sales tax.
Orders on a payment plan will have a 5% upcharge due to money lost in fees and time taken to organize, plan, and manage the client’s payment plan.
Orders exceeding $3,000 are eligible for payment plans up to 4 months.
Orders $400-$1,000 are eligible for payment plans up to 1 month.
Orders under $400 are not eligible for payment plans.
A client’s project can be started upon the first payment, but the client will not receive any part of their order until it is paid in full. Additionally, the estimated completion time of the project is under the assumption that the project is not started until the order has been fully paid off. Typically, the project is started after the first payment though.
If the client fails to complete the scheduled payments within 7 days of the due date, their order will be put on hold and no progress will be made until payments continue.
If payment is not received within a 14 day grace period of the due date, a one-time flat late fee of $50 will be automatically added to the account.
In addition to the flat fee, any balance remaining unpaid after the 14-day grace period will accrue interest at a rate of 1% per month (12% per annum), or the maximum rate permitted by law.
Werewolf Prince LLC reserves the right to pause all active work and withhold deliverables until all overdue balances, including fees and interest, are paid in full.

SHIPPING:
The client is responsible for all shipping fees including postage, adjustments, and insurance.
Werewolf Prince LLC only ships packages out of the USA via DHL.
The client may opt for an Apple Airtag in the package for $35. This will allow Werewolf Prince LLC to track the package’s location closely and assist in the event that the package is lost, misdelivered, or stolen. The AirTag will be reset and in possession of the client upon arrival.
The AirTag is for shipping security only. The client is instructed to pair the AirTag to their own device or remove the battery to disable tracking.
Werewolf Prince LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods.
The client is responsible for providing a complete and valid address.
Werewolf Prince LLC processes and ships orders once a week.
Werewolf Prince LLC ships in discreet and eco-friendly packaging.
FURSUIT QUOTES:
A fursuit quote is a price quote on a fursuit commission. This is a formal document from Werewolf Prince LLC detailing the exact cost and scope of the client’s potential fursuit commission.
A $10 non-refundable fee is charged for each quote. Quotes take up to 45 minutes to complete as they include a list of potential fabrics that would be used on their fursuit and lots of detailed information.
If the client is accepted for a fursuit commission, the $10 fee will be credited towards their commission.
Clients must pay separately if they want a quote for two characters. Similarly, if the client receives a quote for one commission type but wants to know the cost of a different commission type for the same character, they must pay the fee again.
The client is not obligated to commission a fursuit even if they receive a quote.
Quotes are only valid for the upcoming commission opening.
The client is responsible for submitting a clear, digital character reference sheet that shows the entire design. This includes a front view, back view, tongue color, paw pad color, and a precise representation of any markings. Reference sheets should not be shaded. Insufficient reference sheets will be denied for quotes.
The client may ask for clarification on their quote regarding specific fursuit details and pricing.
COMMISSION PROCESS (FURSUITS):
Communication between the client and Romeo (owner/executive officer of Werewolf Prince LLC) should remain professional and cordial.
Progress photos will be sent at Romeo’s discretion, but the client is always welcome to ask for updates if they’re curious. Romeo’s favorite part of the commission process is sharing exciting progress photos, so you likely will not feel the need to ask!
Until September 2026, Romeo is a full time college student taking 6 classes each semester and a required 135 hour internship over his last semester May-August. Communication will be slow or unavailable when Romeo is on campus.
Communication for commissions may be held over Telegram or email.
The client’s project will be added to this public trello board: https://trello.com/b/9TUwK0fS/werewolf-prince-fursuit-queue
If the client wishes to keep their project out of the public eye, their project can remain only on the private Werewolf Prince LLC trello. The public trello board is just for transparency to the community, the private board is for company project management.
Werewolf Prince LLC reserves the right to use photos of the client’s fursuit in advertisements, portfolios, and commercial projects. At this time, there is no option to pay a fee to make fursuit projects completely private.
If the client requests Romeo to change something about their fursuit during the commission process, a fee will be changed to cover labor and material costs. Romeo has the right to decline requests of this nature.
The client is responsible for providing accurate measurements and an adequate duct tape dummy if needed for their project.
Bodysuits and arm sleeves projects will require a mockup to be made and shipped to the client for a test fit. This helps ensure the final product comes out with a comfortable fit. The mock ups are made of fleece.
Clients are responsible for shipping related fees.
The client can keep the mockup or ship it back to be used as scrap fabric.
Duct tape dummies must be made following the guidance of this video: https://youtu.be/UHirpZB9ySg?si=MJFyqGT4u8HNWGVt
The client must provide annotated photos of the measurements they took to ensure accuracy and visual aid. This includes a quick video of the client in the duct tape dummy before it is cut off and a photo of the finished duct tape dummy standing up.
Duct tape dummies will be shipped back to the client with their fursuit.
Werewolf Prince LLC outsources concept art for client projects from @gangrenehound on Instagram. Once the client approves the concept art, any changes will result in a fee which is determined by the nature of the change request.
If the client wants to provide any existing materials in their possession, this does not affect the price of the fursuit. Romeo may allow the client to mail in an existing head base or fabric at his discretion.
The client is responsible for advocating their desires for the appearance of their fursuit. Werewolf Prince will not take requests to create a fursuit in another maker’s style or create fursuits of copyrighted characters.
Before shipping, Werewolf Prince LLC will provide final photos of the fursuit commission. The client’s written approval of these photos and videos constitutes legal acceptance of the product. No changes will be made after this point without additional fees.
Werewolf Prince LLC guarantees consistent communication in order to maintain transparency to clients and show that they are valued.
MINORS:
Werewolf Prince LLC does not accept fursuit commissions or sell premade fursuits to anyone under the age of 18. If a client is accepted for a commission slot or wishes to purchase a premade, they must show a valid form of ID.
The client must provide a clear and well lit photograph of themselves holding up their ID. The client’s full name, zipcode, and date of birth must be clearly visible.
An 18+ individual may commission or purchase a fursuit on behalf of a minor. Payment and communication will be between Werewolf Prince LLC and the adult only.
If the client is found to have lied about their age, the contract is void and their purchase will be canceled without a refund of any amount and the client will not receive any fursuit parts regardless of completion.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE:
Werewolf prince LLC reserves the right to deny any person products or services without explanation.
Werewolf Prince LLC reserves the right to blacklist clients and refuse future service without explanation.
Werewolf Prince LLC will not blacklist or refuse service to current clients unless the contract is legally voided (see minors policy).
DEADLINES:
Due to the nature of the complex construction process, Werewolf Prince LLC does not accept fixed project deadlines.
While a projected completion time will be provided at the start of the commission, this a good-faith estimate only and not a guaranteed delivery date.
The client must acknowledge that their commission is subject to unforeseen delays. Werewolf Prince LLC is not liable for extensions of the time line caused by:
Supply/material issues
Out of stock fabrics, dye lot changes, or shipping delays from companies
Health and safety
Sickness, injury, or medical emergencies affecting employees
External factors
Natural disasters, power outages, or other “acts of God”
Client delays
Late payments, slow communication, or time taken to provide a duct tape dummy or measurements.
Rush orders are generally not available. In rare circumstances, a priority fee can be negotiated to move a project up in the queue.
The priority fee only guarantees a priority start date, not a guaranteed arrival date.
Inquire directly for current availability and pricing for priority fees.
Werewolf Prince LLC does not work under any sort of project deadline. An estimated completion time will be provided, but Werewolf Prince LLC is under no formal obligation to complete it by any certain date. Many factors can lead to a project taking longer such as material delays, sickness, natural disasters, or emergencies in the personal lives of Werewolf Prince LLC employees.
Rush fees are typically not available but in some circumstances can be done. Inquire further!
REFUNDS:
Werewolf Prince LLC values the patience and understanding of our clients. If construction on a custom fursuit commission has not been started within six months of the original estimated start date, the client will be formally offered a choice:
Option A: Receive a full refund of all labor costs paid to date.
Option B: Maintain their place in the queue and continue to wait.
If the client chooses to continue waiting, the 6-month refund offer is considered waived.
To protect the Werewolf Prince LLC’s overhead and material costs, the following terms apply:
The first payment on payments plans are strictly non-refundable. This secures the client’s slot in the queue.
If the project is paid in full and then cancelled by the client under the 6-month refund offer, the cost of all materials purchased for the project will be deducted from the refund amount.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable once the item has been sent or a label has been purchased.
If the client fails to make a payment for 30 days without prior written communication, the purchase will be considered abandoned and all previous payments are forfeited, and Werewolf Prince LLC reserves the right to sell the fursuit.
All sales are final, Werewolf Prince LLC does not offer refunds if the client simply changes their mind. There are no exceptions to this.
In the event of a refund or cancellation, the client forfeits all rights to any physical products relating to the commission.
Werewolf Prince LLC reserves the absolute right to modify the design, complete the product, and sell it to recover costs.
REPAIRS AND REFURBISHMENTS:
Werewolf Prince LLC provides a 5-month workmanship warrant covering manufacturing defects (e.g. seam failure or glue detachment). This warranty does not cover “wear and tear”, heat damage, or modifications made by the client.
The client is responsible for the cost of shipping fees when sending any item back to the studio for repair or resizing.
If the repair is deemed a manufacturing defect covered under warranty, Werewolf Prince LLC will cover the cost of return shipping to the client.
If the repair is for resizing, wear and tear, or non-warranty issues, the client is responsible for all return shipping costs.
International clients are responsible for all customs fees, duties, and taxes both ways, regardless of warranty status.
The cost of resizing, wear and tear, or non-warranty issues will be determined and paid for after the fursuit is returned to Werewolf Prince LLC. An estimate will be given prior to the client shipping the fursuit.
Werewolf Prince LLC offers a 14 day fit guarantee. If the fursuit does not immediately fit the client, Werewolf Prince LLC is responsible for covering all shipping costs of the fursuit.
Werewolf Prince LLC guarantees that the fursuit will be constricted to the specifications provided by the client. However, cannot guarantee a “perfect fit” if:
The client provides incorrect or outdated measurements.
The client’s proportions change between the time of the measurement and the completion of the fursuit.
The duct tape dummy provided was collapsed, twisted, or otherwise damaged during shipping.
If the fursuit requires resizing upon arrival due to inaccurate measurements of a faulty duct tape dummy:
Resizing will be billed at an hourly rate of $35.00 per hour plus any material costs.
The client is responsible for all shipping costs to and from the studio.
If the fursuit does not meet the measurements provided by the client, Werewolf Prince LLC will perform the necessary adjustments at no cost.
If more than six months passes between the duct tape dummy arrival and the start of construction, the client must confirm their measurements are still accurate.
Significant weight change (+/- 10 lbs) voids the fit guarantee.
Fursuits must be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before sending.
If a fursuit arrives for repair with a significant odor, staining or debris, a $100 cleaning fee will be applied, or the fursuit will be shipped back to the client at their expense without repair.

Werewolf Prince LLC offers SPH zippers and softsuiting attachments such as sheaths.
CLIENT ASSOCIATION:
Werewolf Prince LLC does not endorse or associate with any specific client or their actions.

A good place for this is in the client’s social media bio, pinned post, Instagram highlight. The client does not need to excessively credit Werewolf Prince LLC in every photo or video they share online.
The client reserves the right to resell their fursuit for any price.
ALLERGIES:
